Truly awful after sales service Easy to be all smiley and sell a car. My golden retriever could do that. I've always said a good car dealer is one who provides great after sales. It Easy to be all smiley and sell a car. My golden retriever could do that. I've always said a good car dealer is one who provides great after sales. It's obvious this one doesn't share my values. I won't be specific as to why I'm writing this but for those who treated my wife so poorly then shame on you. She wasn't going to pursue the issue but I was., and having contacted them and was told she would hear from a rep, that they were deeply concerned about this, well guess what? She never heard from them. And they won't be hearing from us again. We are done with these phonies. Hey SS Chevrolet don't bother emailing/calling. You're fired.. More

It took one hour to do the paperwork and test drive the car we bought, which was awesome. However, it took two hours to do the financing, even though I walked in the door with a preapproval. When I went to the man's office to ask what was taking so long because we were on our lunch break from Mobile, he was looking at pictures on the internet instead of working my purchase. When we test drove the car the gas light was on and the salesman assured us they would take care of that while the car was detailed. When we left the dealership they had put just enough gas in it to turn the light off, which wasn't enough to get us back to work in Mobile. They said they detailed the car, but the back row of seats was so dirty my 9 year old wouldn't sit in them and we found candy wrappers and kids toys in the seat pockets. 2 days after purchase the change oil light came on so obiously the dealership didn't do an oil change either. This was the worst purchase I have ever experienced. Every other car I've ever bought had a full service done before I bought it, they filled the tank up for me and the car was clean. And none of those cars was worth the $25k I paid for this one! I thought the more costly the vehicle the better your service. Obviously I was wrong. We will NEVER purchase from Sandy Sansing again. sandy sansing may need to check on customer service skills Went in and traded my Silverado for a dodge journey. Repeatedly asked what my % rate was never got a straight answer. I asked for a car fax never got Went in and traded my Silverado for a dodge journey. Repeatedly asked what my % rate was never got a straight answer. I asked for a car fax never got one. Just got the run around. Expressed a/c was not working correctly, they said they do oil changes on their cars when they come in, they did not. Jay the finance manager said " don't worry we will do what it takes to make it right just drive it home'. He said to call him for whatever. He promised pretty much the moon. Well after repeated calls he never followed through with any of them. there was also a vibration on one of the wheels. I thought it was because they sold me a vehicle with 2 really worn tires. So I took the vehicle to walmart and bought 4 new tires. It vibrated even more. So the tire manager Joe at walmart gave me 4 new tires again and checked every tire and rim. It came to be one of the rims was bent. So I called Jay. He never returned my calls. To this day I have not heard from the people that offered to help so much. With a new addition to the family, that is why I told them I wanted a more family friendly vehicle. They sure did not do much to help. They just made sure i signed the paperwork and made me feel like I was an idiot. Now I have vehicle I can not trade in due to my interest rate being so high and not worth what i owe. People ask and ask till you are satisfied with your vehicle purchase. Sandy Sansing promotes to help kids and families. You sure did not help here. More

the worst experience of my life. To many problems to list. Bought a new traverse from Sandy Sanding. We have had the car in for service then we have used it. We went back three times To many problems to list. Bought a new traverse from Sandy Sanding. We have had the car in for service then we have used it. We went back three times to get an oil change fixed, are car was leaking oil after it was serviced. The last time we took it back they fixed the oil leak by replacing the oil filter. On my wife's way home after the third visit she got a call....they had forgot to put the dip stick back in. An oil change is one of the easiest things to do and yet took three times to get it right and then they forget the dip stick. This is the least minor problem. We have had six more serious situation that took them several times to do fight. Our car, with 17,000 miles on it has been in the shop for 11 days. When my wife stopped by yesterday to get some things out of it, the engine was sitting on the floor next to the car. More

Not clear on the expenses of work My dad took his Nissan truck in to the service department at Sandy Sansing in Pensacola to have it diagnosed for an overheating problem with the radia My dad took his Nissan truck in to the service department at Sandy Sansing in Pensacola to have it diagnosed for an overheating problem with the radiator. He was told that there was a $105.00 diagnostic fee that would be charged and later applied to the work. They worked up an estimate of over $3,000.00 of things that could be done to the truck, some things were about the overheating others just work that was suggested. He decided to take it somewhere else for the work but told them to do an oil change and an allignment to use up the $105.00. We get there to pick up the truck and are now being charged $213.00 for the diagnostic fee and the work. The manager said that it would only apply to the "overheating" problems not the other things on the list that they gave him. I don't feel that this was a fair or clear representation of the "credit". The items were on the estimate so we assumed that they could be used. More

General manager is scared to take Recently purchased a great car from the dealership. The car is great the dealership leaves a little to be desired. General manager is scared to take customer calls. An administrative aide not customer service told me unless she saw it it did not exist. The paperwork had to be seen by her or she totally ignored what had happened. They sold a great car at a decent price. From there the dealelship is way below average. They promise things that they won't do. Enough said good cars ok sales guys management just doesn'"t care about anything but the money. More
Praises... Saturday started out terrible, we went to another local dealer that was not even willing to work with us. We went to Sandy Sansing because he has such Saturday started out terrible, we went to another local dealer that was not even willing to work with us. We went to Sandy Sansing because he has such a good name and reputation; so glad we did! Brian M. met us and asked what we were looking for; I told him right up front VERY STRICT AND TIGHT LIMITATIONS. He said OK, I can work with many, let's see what we can do! Positive, Positive, Positive!!! We truly made them work that day.... Brian had recently got back into the auto sales business and was learning the computer paper work side... asking his boss questions that he couldn't answer and coming back quickly to us with answers...once we found THE vehicle for us; Brian moved us into Chuck's office for the final paper signing process. Chuck had the best personality and made signing the next 6 years of our life away, very enjoyable. The overall experience made us rethink the old stereotypical bad salesman ploy. Just absolutely wonderful gentlemen and I would whole heartily recommend them to anyone! Key is: start your experience off by asking for Brian M. as your salesman! More
