Through the years, we have been a loyal customer of Sandy Sansing Chevrolet. I bought my first Warner Brother Edition Venture Van when I had my first baby to my Spark for my 5th child first car. They have be Sansing Chevrolet. I bought my first Warner Brother Edition Venture Van when I had my first baby to my Spark for my 5th child first car. They have been helpful, professional, and treat us with respect and value. However, a lot have changed 2 days ago I needed a car for my son moving out of state. I went to their used car department and is very disappointed on how their finance officer acted! I didn’t get his name, but he spoke in a very offending manner! I do not care how much money he have! He should not treat anyone like he is above them! He is in “Sales/ Customer Service” for God sake! He should be acting with empathy, courtesy , and professionalism no matter who he is speaking to and not as a jerk as he was! In fairness, the sales gentleman and his manager were kind and try to accommodate but they can’t do anything if their finance officer left to go home for the day! One bad apples affect the enter basket of apples! They lost a sale. I got a used car with a better mileage, a much better interest rate, and car my son likes and appreciates from another dealer!
