I had went to Sandy Sansing to trade in my 04 mustang. And they showed me a nice used car with 112,000 miles on it. Which is good nowadays. Everything seemed to be going smoothly. So i left in my 2012 Hyu And they showed me a nice used car with 112,000 miles on it. Which is good nowadays. Everything seemed to be going smoothly. So i left in my 2012 Hyundai accent. Not even 3 days later. I get a blown tire and the hole is a perfect square. Then my driver window goes out. About the same time my check engine light comes on and it has been on since December when i got the car in november. It has a bad catalytic converter, the AC no longer works, my gear shift cable is broke. And right when i purchased the car i noticed it had little to no brake pads. Bent rotors and very bad calibers. Ive invested more money then ive made payments on this hunk of junk. I do not reccommend them to anyone!!! More
They will get a 3rd party auto lender to approve anyone and the customer pays a high loan shark apr% on their used vehicle ($5000 vehicle turns into $15,000 in payments). They also lie and upgrade the vehicle on paper so you get the loan (they say there is a sunroof when there is none, or an upgrade package in the car when there is none). They get to keep your cash down payment! Too many cars get repossessed and Sandy Sansing is being sued by these 3rd party loaners b/c they LIED about the value of the car and can't prove it has upgrades / features. FRAUD. Don't know why this isn't in all the news!!!! More
Dishonest sales associates. They will say and do whatever to get you into a car. I tried to return my vehicle after 10 minutes of pulling out of the dealership realizing it was a HUGE mistake and I was railroaded by Tyler Conley. He told me”I knew you would waste my time, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt. You wasted my time, but that’s okay I had fun with you. Any other older salesmen wouldn’t of wasted their time on you, I could’ve been with other customers I would’ve made money from. I thought you were a strong independent woman you came in today to purchase a car. Will it make you happy? You deserve to treat yourself. Treat yourself Koryn.” THEY WOULD NOT CANCEL THE DEAL OR GIVE ME MY CAR BACK. They said it was illegal to give me or sell me my car back. 10 MINS after pulling out of the dealership. I was told the minute I “drove off the threshold of the dealership it was a sealed deal, it can’t be undone.” Every dealership ever does 72 hours where you can take back a vehicle... I have never had to before because I never had a xxx person try to sell me a car I didn’t want or need and cram it down my throat. I feel victimized because I am a woman and he took complete advantage of me. He got mad at me every time I tried to contact my fiancé and kept saying everything he was saying was “xxxxxxxx”. I wrote a Google review no one can see! They have it hidden where I can only see it if I try to write another review it has I can’t because one already exists but no one else can see it. I tried calling the manger multiple times and left a voicemail and there’s answer. Called Kelly the “customer experience manager” couldn’t careless about my HORRIBLE experience and said if I had a computer to pull out my usb and look at the files and if I had a problem to follow the instructions on there and there was nothing to me done. I tried to continue telling my story and all she kept saying was “mhm” trying to rush off the phone as fast as possible. I told her the only thing I want is my car back. I want a trade as if the purchase never happen or they could just keep the $500 I put down on the vehicle and she said I’ll see what I can find out for you and I’ll call you back. That was two days ago and I truly believe she has not followed up on it and does not care. These people will do or say whatever to seal the deal and leave you high and dry. They’re not trust worthy. Don’t do business with them if you value your money and don’t want to be f*ck3d over. More

Initially I had a great car buying experience from Sandy Sansing Chevrolet in Pensacola, however it quickly turned into a nightmare. I have not had the vehicle for even a month yet and have not even made Sansing Chevrolet in Pensacola, however it quickly turned into a nightmare. I have not had the vehicle for even a month yet and have not even made my first car payment. I reached out to the sales guy (Josh) whom I bought the vehicle from and while he was very helpful with getting the initial issue addressed they could not fix it at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet. The car (2018 Nissan Kicks) was rough idling and the sensor for the Unavailable front radar obstruction keeps coming on. I was referred to Sandy Sansing Nissan. Nissan has looked at my vehicle 3 times and the issue is still not resolved. This past Saturday I went to put my car in reverse and the car was making a grinding noise (metal on metal). If it did not do that then when taking it from park to reverse the car would literally jerk from gear to gear. I took video of all that is going on with the car and showed it to the service advisor at Nissan. He said that the vehicle definitely should not be having theses issues and it is still under warranty. I should not be dealing with these types of issues. I even asked one of the managers at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet if they would be willing to put me in another vehicle and they refused. He said once I have had the vehicle for a while they would look at a trade in but it would make my payment increase. He was not very understanding about the issues I have been having and I found him to be rude. He stated that he would reach out to the service advisor at Sandy Sansing Nissan and talk to him about the issues and would give me a call on 3/8/21 but I have yet to hear from him. So at this point I have reached out to Nissan Corporate and hoping to get a positive outcome. I highly recommend not going to this dealership. More
Went in with a transmission issue that world Ford couldn’t help me with. Staff was very knowledgeable about this particular issue. Made a recommendation on the service I needed and it fixed my proble couldn’t help me with. Staff was very knowledgeable about this particular issue. I made the mistake of buying a second vehicle from Sandy Sansing. They participate in the Kelley Blue Book Instant cash offer program but I found this out after they allowed me a low ball amount for my tra Sansing. I hate to haggle an my wife loved the vehicle I traded for. I should have walked away when they wouldn't negotiate the trade in value. Had I known that they participated in the KBB program I could have sold my trade in for almost $3000 more than they gave me. I'll never do business with these people again. Stay away from Sandy Sansing. More
