I would not recommend buying a car form this dealership. I purchased a 2020 car at this dealership in October 2024. On my drive back home (about 350 miles away) the check engine light came on...turn out t I purchased a 2020 car at this dealership in October 2024. On my drive back home (about 350 miles away) the check engine light came on...turn out the car needed a $6000.00 repair. The dealership will not even return my phone calls. Regardless of the outcome of the conversation I would have expected the dealership to return my call about a car I just purchased. I would expect them to stand by the product in some way....instead CRICKETS! More

Dude worse place ever i bought a truck with 8k warranty the next day it went in limp mode called dealership they came and towed it never got it fixed was told by salads guy Neal Essex it was fixed and chec the next day it went in limp mode called dealership they came and towed it never got it fixed was told by salads guy Neal Essex it was fixed and checked out apprantly sandy sansing Milton didn’t even look at it , truck still going into limp mode and slamming my truck down in gear over snd over endangering my kids , my fiancée been calling for 3 weeks and can’t get anyone to give me a straight story they won’t work on my truck told me I had to drop Ot off for weeks and they don’t give loaners out or help with transportation bought a 35k truck that goes out of commission twice a week at least and can’t get it above 40 mph was told at one point I could switch it out. T with truck of equal value now can’t get ahold of that guy the gm never answers or responds and anyone they connect you with don’t answerrr horrible place Neal Essex snd Gustavo sell bad trucks and don’t help and upper management does nothing to help even with a 8k bumper to bumper warranty More
Bought a truck from these people, after having a horrible experience at another dealership. Thought all was well until next day check light engine comes on and it gets towed back to this dealership. We bought the warranty but the dealership is giving us the run around on what’s wrong with the truck. First they say nothing was wrong and come to find out the truck was supposed to be sent to another dodge dealership to be fixed but Neal lied to us. Now we are having a hard time getting Mike Sullivan and Neal to answer the phone and speak to us about what can be done. This dealership put our family in danger by sending us with a truck that is having all these issues. More
This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I purchased a used vehicle and they said that they needed to fix the cv joint. That has taken 2 weeks. I get a call that it's ready for p dealership. I purchased a used vehicle and they said that they needed to fix the cv joint. That has taken 2 weeks. I get a call that it's ready for pickup and drive an hour and a half to get it and surprise surprise now they're saying it isn't fixed. They now need to do something else to it. The communication is sorely lacking amongst the uses dealerships team in my opinion. More
The service was fantastic and prompt. We were on vacation from out of state and when we were leaving our suburban wouldn’t start. It was a weekend so we had it towed to the dealership. They got on it immediately Monday morning and had it fixed by Monday afternoon. What a relief! Heather was wonderful in managing our repair and keeping us updated. We highly recommend their service center. More
I bought a 2017 Chevy Malibu from here on May 15, 2023. Oh they told a good story about this vehicle and it ended up being a nightmare. The salesman, he should be fired. They only disclosed one fender bender on the Carfax. When I took the car to my local dealership in my hometown, they found a lot of stuff wrong with this car. Starting with the Carfax. It showed 2 wrecks or fender benders, I had 4 different tires along with 4 different sizes. The gas cap was completely broken. And just a whole bunch of stuff wrong with it. Oh, I had to buy a new wheel for it too bc the other one had just started falling apart after I got it within 2 weeks. I called Sandy Samsung Chevrolet time after time only to be ignored and nothing to remedy the problem. xxxx poor management, salesman and all the way to finance! I will never buy a car from this dealership or name again. Please go elsewhere! More
