I scheduled my appointment online—which I highly recommend—and the process was smooth from start to finish. The waiting area was comfortable and well-equipped, which made the short wait feel even quicker. I was in and out in just 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I’ll definitely be returning! The sales team is great, it’s the post sales and service that lacks. When I brought my truck in for a radio issue, the extent of troubleshooting was to do a software update twice, then remove and add the ph that lacks. When I brought my truck in for a radio issue, the extent of troubleshooting was to do a software update twice, then remove and add the phone back in twice, then the technician decided it was a hone issue and left it at that. Still not working properly. Add to it, when I expressed disappointment, I was actually asked “what would you like us to do?”, fix my truck. You took my money easily enough. Sadly, even Chevrolet customer support was of no assistance, deferring the issue back to the dealer. More
