Horrible, each time I take my vehicle to this dealership I end up with major problems that I didn't have when I took it there, last time I took it in for a warranty repair. Ended up needing a new radiat I end up with major problems that I didn't have when I took it there, last time I took it in for a warranty repair. Ended up needing a new radiator, was quoted 1 price then charged 1000 over the quote after the repair was done nick told me that was the quote he gave which was a lie because I asked twice to confirm it the price Before repairs. Beware please get your quote in writing . After the third time I Will never use sandy sansing bmw for repairs again, will drive to Mobile or Fort Walton. They will lie to your face. More
