Customer service is solid, and Nick is a great service advisor he really goes above and beyond and does his part. Unfortunately, the diagnostics haven’t been able to catch what’s actually wrong with my advisor he really goes above and beyond and does his part. Unfortunately, the diagnostics haven’t been able to catch what’s actually wrong with my car, which has caused me to bring it back for the same issue. It’s been very time-consuming. Nick does his job well, but the overall experience would be much better if the root cause could be identified and fixed the first time. More
