Only reason I go to Sands Kia because of Chrissy, a service consultant, since I trusted her for doing service work on my '03 Kia Sorento and she did fantastic job on honesty and lowing price on labor/p service consultant, since I trusted her for doing service work on my '03 Kia Sorento and she did fantastic job on honesty and lowing price on labor/parts as possible. My Amanti developed some problems with it self adjusting whenever it felt like it. I brought it in and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. My wife went in with a flyer; and I told her if they didn't honor the flyer; then we wouldn't buy there. They honored the flyer and worked with us on our trade-in. We are going in for service this week; they offered the first oil change free! nice, on top of nice! A couple of people had to help as we were completing the negotiations; as my wife was done and ready to sign; they all applauded her negotiating skills and completed the sale.
