I have a Ram Promaster 3500 based campervan conversion and live in northern New Jersey. My local dealerships were either unable or unwilling to service my vehicle in a timely manner even though the check and live in northern New Jersey. My local dealerships were either unable or unwilling to service my vehicle in a timely manner even though the check engine light was illuminated and the information screen displayed "service engine". Sands was able to provide an appointment for service four (4) working days from my request and was able to diagnose, locate and repair defective wires from the high oil temperature sensor, thereby resolving the issue within 3 hours. Got there at a little past 9am. For an oil change and tire rotation. Counter person said a two hour wait. No problem . However I was there for almost 4 hours people came in after m For an oil change and tire rotation. Counter person said a two hour wait. No problem . However I was there for almost 4 hours people came in after me, and left before me . I bought my 2022 ram there in April of 22. I have had a few oil changes there out of pocket when I was suppose to receive 3 free oil changes and only got 1. They were not honored, and sadly I must say unacceptable. When you’re told you would get 3, one would expect that. More
