Sands Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM - Service Center

We purchased a 2007 Jeep Commander from Sands a year and a half ago. We recently started having major engine problems. After taking it to a local mechanic, they told us we had major engine failure which wou a half ago. We recently started having major engine problems. After taking it to a local mechanic, they told us we had major engine failure which would cost minimum of $1500.00 to repair. We obviously were upset given that this car was only 18 months from when we purchased it and only had 60k miles on it. Sands towed the vehicle to their dealer and after review suggested I call Jeep directly because I was dealing with a Jeep warranty/recall issue. Russ from Sands went above and beyond to help us. He got us a rental car so we were able to transport our two young children while they were working on our Jeep. He also had numerous conversations with Jeep on our behalf and eventually got it so that Jeep covered our issues under the warranty. This was a huge deal to us because we otherwise would not have a working car. I have never had a mechanic with such good customer service and genuine care to help his customers. Our opinion of Sands has definitely changed and we would absolutely recommend them to others for service. More
