Took 5 times to fix a simple problem over the course of 2 years and then when we finally convince them to fix it for free since it was their mistake they damaged/destroyed the vehicle interior. Horrible experience. Took my 2022 truck with 35k miles on it with a failed transmission. After a few days, I was told that this is not covered under warranty because some Took my 2022 truck with 35k miles on it with a failed transmission. After a few days, I was told that this is not covered under warranty because someone else change the fluid. The fluid was changed by another shop after the transmission FAILED! Now they training to charge me $270 for denying a warranty on a new truck. Horrible place. More
