Also, in past cases I asked for a paint repair when under warranty (vehicle was purchased with a paint chip), the service manager Ray told me he would refer me to the Sands body shop and never did. I found your service department to be dishonest. They refused to do a tire rotation on a new ram 2500 with 5k miles even though it was included in the price i paid. They told me Ram doesn't rotate t They refused to do a tire rotation on a new ram 2500 with 5k miles even though it was included in the price i paid. They told me Ram doesn't rotate tires until 10k miles unless they are off toad tires. This was confirmed to be a lie by a more honest dealership. More
