My Jeep was missing it's gas cap after an oil change at Sands. Either not put on or not tightly and fell off. Found out several days later when car alarm said no oil. Sand made thing right and cleaned the Sands. Either not put on or not tightly and fell off. Found out several days later when car alarm said no oil. Sand made thing right and cleaned the oily engine, put in new oil, new oil cap and reimbursed me for auto zone expenses incurred to get home. More

Amy is the best around, never an issue and has always gone above and beyond. I drive over20 minutes to go to Sands over a 5 minute drive to Kelly in Emmaus because of her service.
