Usually no issues here. But this time I took my Jeep in for a check engine light. They found the water pump was bad. I had to point out to them that it was fairly new and th But this time I took my Jeep in for a check engine light. They found the water pump was bad. I had to point out to them that it was fairly new and then they said it would be covered under warranty. My Jeep was there for almost three days and nobody told me it would be that long. I was expecting it back in a day. No one would tell me when I would get it back. I kept calling to check in and they said it’s been busy. When I finally picked it up they messed up my bill twice. First time they charged me for all of it and didn’t include the warranty. I said you forgot the warranty. The next bill was still over 100 over what it should have been. I noticed this again and they corrected. I was expecting some sort of compensation for this inconvenience since I didn’t have a car for three days. I received none. Very dissatisfied with this visit.
