Dave, I don’t believe we have anything to discuss since this is not my first bad experience nor the first time someone “promised” to try and rectify the situation which is my biggest concern . . . The Jeep continues to have issues and has been serviced several times in the past 9 months at your dealership (IE: fog lights don’t work and it’s not bulbs, check engine light continues to come on, currently engine is bogging and whining). 70k miles bought brand new from Sands, always serviced by Sands, routine and maintenance done there. My contact information is up to date in your files! If someone was truly concerned they would return my calls, emails, message to several staff members. The only time I’ve received a call is to sell me a vehicle! No thank you. Out this weekend looking for something different.
