Sands Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM - Service Center

I brought my 2011 Jeep Wrangler in for servicing an oil leak that supposedly was corrected by Tate Jeep Chrysler Dodge dealership in Frederick MD. After extensive work was done the problem was not resolved.I’ve brought my Jeep to Sands for the same reason more than once . Extensive work was done at Sands, and the last time my car was in your shop it was there for about a month. The problem with the oil leak has not been resolved. I contacted Larry yesterday and I will be bringing the Jeep in on Monday. So it stands to reason why I’m not a satisfied customer and have little confidence in the service I’ve received at the two Dealerships I’ve used. I brought my Jeep to a Jeep Dealership because it’s a Jeep, A JEEP!! Please correct the problem. More

This is absolutely the worst dealership I've ever experienced. I took my truck in for a warranty repair due to a popping sound in the front end. It was determined that the outside left tie rod en experienced. I took my truck in for a warranty repair due to a popping sound in the front end. It was determined that the outside left tie rod end was defective. The first issue was they ordered the incorrect part. They returned the truck to me after 5 days, but they never performed a front-end alignment which caused my front tires to wear excessively. I schedule the truck again because not only was my front tire very worn, and there was now a new noise. I took it to different shop which confirmed the front-end alignment was way out on tie rod they replaced. All other were perfect. They Service Manager basically said, too bad and refused to service my truck again or provide any reimbursement of any kind. Stay far away from this dealership. You've been warned. More
