I have been back to the dealership 3 times now, 1st time to diagnose the problem, ok, which was fairly minor, parts needed to be ordered. Was told in 5 days, took over 2 weeks. 2nd visit, waited an hour to to diagnose the problem, ok, which was fairly minor, parts needed to be ordered. Was told in 5 days, took over 2 weeks. 2nd visit, waited an hour to tell me the part ordered was broken and couldn’t be fixed. Part was to be overnighted, but still took a week. 3rd appt, waited 3 hours and work was completed except there was one more item that they did not receive and will now have to come back a 4th time when it comes in, and not given any time frame for when it will be in. So now just waiting, fortunately none of this has affected how the car performs or any driving issues. Mostly cosmetic or minor functional issues. More

Whomever is doing the hiring must have a nice understanding of selecting those with great emotional intelligence for the task. So if you are reading this, and you are considering buying a car, stop in here and check it out for yourself. Is this a place that you want to come to get your car serviced? I think you will find the answer is "Yes". I have 2009 manual Chally (bought new) and she just had her 14th or 15th free inspection there and it cost me under $40. Hint, if you need to make it, and you don't like to, you can skip trying to make a left onto 309 by going out the back and making two lefts to get you to the traffic light to make the left on 309. Also, the waiting area is comfy, and you can set-up a laptop or do your best to keep the kiddos from going bonkers. Plenty of space for you not to feel jammed in if you need to bring the brood. More

The service was good, would have been better if mechanic wasn't call off the job before he finished, but I was given a loaner car so that was nice... I only spoke to the one woman at the service desk, and she was very good, so I cannot rate others... although the truck works fine so the gentleman who did the job did well too. More
