It was really nice working with Jimmy! We came in wanting to get two cars a Charger to purchase for my husband and Jeep Wrangler lease for myself. I can’t thank them enough for the whole teams patience working with us and even being flexible with our trade in to make things work for us to both walk out with brand new cars. Every one at the dealership was kind and patient with our three year old, enticing her with ducks and little Jeep cars so we could finalize our transaction. We are forever grateful to the Sands Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram team. Especially Jimmy who was knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and treated us like family the entire time! More

Repair took weeks due to parts availability. Had to use "reconditioned" parts. Scratch on passenger side of vehicle upon return that service manager denied they did. Even implying I was lying. I buffed it out myself so it didn't have to go back to the service department. Loaner car was a new Compass that I found to be an uncomfortable, noisy and overall appalling vehicle. More

This dealership has restored my faith in service departments. You guys aren’t trying to be anything else but helpful.
