Overall the experience is good compared to other Jeep dealers in the LV area. I would recommend not adding phony cross selling products supposedly reviewed with the customer and then marked “denied” to d dealers in the LV area. Whether this is an attempt to appease Sales / Retail Managers’ expectations or not, it’s not a good practice. I noticed this during my June visit to have my oil changed and tires rotated. The note in the work order showed that I denied brake replacement for a vehicle with under 15k on the odometer. I mentioned it to the folks in Service during the review of my invoice that was covered under the original contract. They quickly tried to brush it off as nothing. I don’t like signing off on things that I didn’t agree to. Do better! More
