It was such a nice and happy experience. As soon as I walked to the entrance immediately I was greeted kindly and enthusiastically by a wonderful sales lady, Jeannie. After I bombbarded her with many questions, she investigated right away with the helpful staff who also were very friendly and answered all questions fluently. Then she golf carted us right out to look at the vehicles, cool got a ride too. She offered finance options, promotions, everything right off with no hard core pressure which would have been a total turn off. Instead it was fun, relaxing, educational experience...All sales persons should be like this. I left with knowledge and a chance to discuss and think about the different vehicles again no pressure. Paperwork was provided which I was able to fill out at my leisure. When we made the decision and came back to test drive again a friendly welcome and vehicle was already waiting for our inspection and drive on Saturday. By Monday nite truck was cleaned up and finance processed with a friendly and efficient finance dept representative Jason, even got a tour of the service establishment and insite on the services by your sales lady while we waited. Incredibly quick and with ease we are now proud owners of a new Dodge Ram Truck, perfect. He was very congenial and was very helpful in reviewing the vans that fit my requirement , never trying to persuade me to do anything , although he did make alternative suggestions , but did allow me to consider all options without any kind of pressure or double talk. As a result of his professionalism I purchased the exact vehicle I wanted and needed. I have never felt more comfortable or confident in any auto purchase I have ever made in my 40+ years of ownership. I left the dealership with the impression that Marty represented the philosophy of the organization and would highly recommend them to anyone I know... Thanks for the great service. Purchased a used car there six months ago. Upon getting my car inspected recently I found out that they hadn't serviced any of the parts they promised. For my inspection I had to get new rear brakes which my car inspected recently I found out that they hadn't serviced any of the parts they promised. For my inspection I had to get new rear brakes which is pretty standard however on my front wheel I needed to get a new ball joint which cost a few hundred dollars. I contacted them to see if they could at least discount service cost and they agreed. Drove to the dealership only to find that their estimate to fix was higher then my mechanic plus they would only discount the service by 10% when this issue should have been fixed by them in the first place. Very frustrating would not go back. More

They answered my questions and did their best to meet my pricing request. I left feeling that all had gone well and even my wife wasn't stressed out. I walked into the dealership asking about a Hyundai Elantra Touring. Jeannie greeted me and we took it for a spin. The sales pitch was not aggressive, and had a very friendly approach. They were extremely courteous as we waited for paperwork to arrive and sorting through the administrative portions. When my wife and children arrived, they made us aware of a play area for the children, and were very polite and friendly. The financier Jason whisked through our numbers and got us a great rate and the terms we were looking for. Overall, I have no complaints with the sales process and am a very satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend Sands Auto Group to my family and friends. More
