I am glad I was able to take the vehicle to a personal mechanic as he found a few items that were marked as "certified" on the checklist provided - this included unacceptable damage to a safety item. Granted this item was replaced without question, what if I had relied only on the certification? I did get a great price for my trade-in. I was annoyed that the dealership policy is to only accept $500 on credit card and the rest had to be paid by cashier's check. I understand the credit card issue (although it is still more convenient for the customer) but to add another step (offsite) and expense to get the cashier's check is rather inconvenient to the customer. I own seven vehicles at present and have bought and sold dozens but have never encountered this before, not even with the several high-end vehicles I own (Ferraris, BMWs, Audi, Porsche). The sales interaction and the deal make me want to come back in the future but the nuisances do not. More

He was very accommodating, as I was trying to make this purchase surrounding some out of town business and coordinating a two vehicle trade in from 50+ miles away. All in all the buying process was very smooth and I could not find a better deal than the one I received, both in trade in values and in vehicle price. One year and 27,000 miles later I am still happy with Sands Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. I have had a few minor issues with the truck (nothing to attribute to this dealership), and they have been addressed by the service team at Sands. Even with the long drive, I will take my truck here for all of it's service needs. I've dealt mainly with Amy Mansfield, who has gone above and beyond to make sure the repairs needed to my vehicle were made and even coordinated a few loaner vehicles when they were needed, something I am extremely grateful for. Everyone I have dealt with here has been very helpful, and very considerate of the needs of the customer. I highly recommend this dealer. More

New Ram 1500 Purchase After an unpleasant attempt at purchasing a vehicle at a local Ram dealer where I had previously purchased a Ram, I found Sands Chrysler Jeep Ram afte After an unpleasant attempt at purchasing a vehicle at a local Ram dealer where I had previously purchased a Ram, I found Sands Chrysler Jeep Ram after an Internet search. My wife and I drove out of state over 1 hour to look at their inventory. After finding a Ram we were interested in, we were treated with respect and a willingness to negotiate by the sales staff. Within 2 1/2 hours we were able to finalize a deal on a brand new Ram 1500 and were driving it home by the end of the day. It should be noted that our salesman waited for us on his night off until we returned to pick up the vehicle. He then took more time out of his night off to familiarize us with our new vehicle. More

over paid for service I took my mini van in with issues with my one window not working and the 2 back doors locks no longer working. I got an estimate for all 3 issues whi I took my mini van in with issues with my one window not working and the 2 back doors locks no longer working. I got an estimate for all 3 issues which were an easy $300 for each issue. Choose to only fix the one issue that could make it very dangerous if an accident. When the van was all done and I went to pay for the service bill it was $100 more then the estimate. I was told that was because they had to take the door panel off and tap on the window motor and got it going. That had to take all of 10 min. And the window already stopped working on the way home. WOW! I will never take my vehicles back there for service! More
Excellent Buying Experience We were looking for about a month for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee to replace our aging year 2000 model with not much success. I happened to come across a 2004 model at Sands Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Quakertown by searching the Internet. My oldest son and I ventured on down and upon arriving there we were greeted politely by a young Salesman named Justin Nolen. I mentioned to him the stock number we were interested in and he came right back to us with the key for a test drive. We sat down and went over the numbers for our vehicle and the one we wanted to purchase. Justin explained to us the financing options and conferred with Bob Haag We agreed to the sale in a matter of about 15 minutes. He negotiated a fair trade-in value for us. We also got to meet Dave Lipka from Finance who was also very professional and understanding. In a 3 day time frame we are the proud owners of a Green Onyx Pearl 2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo. Their detailer did a super job of preparing the vehicle for us. Even the tedious job of de-oxidizing the headlights. If that was not enough, the Service Techs agreed to unbolt our old tow hitch so I could install it on the one we purchased. In closing, I've been buying vehicles new and pre-owned over the past 40 years and this was the easiest and most comfortable buying experience ever. Our thanks and gratitude to the above mentioned gentlemen and anyone else we did not get to meet for helping us with this purchase. If you need a new or pre-owned vehicle stop by and ask for Justin Nolen. You won't be disappointed. I would recommend Sands Chrysler Jeep Dodge to anyone. More
