He took my husband and I out for one of his test drives and makes sure you get to know ever aspect of the truck... but wasn't pushy in the slightest bit... It was mostly due to a specific sales person Tony Bittenbender, and they had what I was looking for.. Tony was personable and had a great attitude and during is test drive he was teaching me stuff about the Wrangler that I did not know about.. surprising considering I already own 2 Rubicon's.. Tony calls it "Tony's Test Drive" And I can say for myself.. if you are considering a new car find Tony at the dealership and take his Test Drive.. Wonderful Experience I went in to get an oil change for my minivan Wednesday morning. I happened to meet Tony walking through the service area. He introduced himself and I I went in to get an oil change for my minivan Wednesday morning. I happened to meet Tony walking through the service area. He introduced himself and I asked him where I could find the Jeep Cherokee's in the lot. He offered to walk me out. I also asked to see the Dodge Journey. He offered to take me out for a test drive. I wasn't sure if I wanted a new car or if I even wanted this brand car. The "Tony Test Drive" sold me on both cars. It was the best test drive I had ever taken. He taught me so much about each of the cars. I NEVER had another salesman do that before!! (I was able to help my husband figure something out about his car that he's owned for two months;). I had to leave right after the test drive because of a prior commitment. I made plans to have Tony discuss the details with my husband over the phone and I would come back later to finalize the deal. By the time I had gone back all we had to do was have my trade in appraised and run deal with some of the financials. It was such a whirlwind day that I forgot to bring my snack. Tony gave me a banana from his own lunch! I enjoyed the banana while Tony had my car washed and filled up my gas tank. This was the BEST car sales experience I have ever had!! More

Great Dealership! Great Staff! Highly Recommend! I live about an hour and a half drive away from this dealership... it was well worth the drive (twice). I would ask for him as soon as you get there; you won't regret it. I informed him of the car I was looking at, my trade, etc. He was more than happy to welcome us and give us all of the information we needed and more. Don't forget about the "Tony Test Drive" I have never felt more comfortable and assertive in purchasing a used car before. He made sure I knew every little detail of the car from bumper to bumper and made sure I was completely informed with how it drove, etc. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. They helped me with multiple different options with purchasing the new car and my trade and gave me advice for each option. Not only was Tony a great staff member but along with everyone else I worked with at this dealer was extremely pleasant and super helpful! You will not be disappointed at Sands or with Tony!
