Karina is only interested in getting business from the customer. Doesn't care about customer issues. I believe this is general reflection of Sands dealership at Quakertown. I went for recall and reported customer. Doesn't care about customer issues. I believe this is general reflection of Sands dealership at Quakertown. I went for recall and reported several other issues in advance so they can allocate the time for those issue, none was taken care of. Also after the recall, I am facing multiple new issues.
