Not many people look forward to visiting a dealership and discussing the purchase of a new or used vehicle. However, this visit to Sands Chevrolet was a pleasure and the staff allowed the customer to take t discussing the purchase of a new or used vehicle. However, this visit to Sands Chevrolet was a pleasure and the staff allowed the customer to take their time and allow them to find the vehicle that suits them. We never felt pushed or directed to any vehicle that was not in our best interest. This vehicle was to be a "run around type of car". We already had a larger vehicle and that is our "travel or road car". My wife is very pleased with the purchase that we made and we were pleased with value that this dealership provided and their followup to make sure that we were content with the new vehicle. This is our second vehicle purchased from Sands Chevrolet and we plan to add another vehicle in our future purchases. Highly recommend this dealer and they deserve our ratings !! More

We went to Sands, the day after we went to Powers. Erwin met us outside after we were looking at Tahoe's. He showed us some cars & we went in to talk. We decide to go home & talk about it. We did go back the next day. He gave us great service. He was polite,& explained everything to us on the car. Everyone at the dealership was great. I have already recommend Sands to my cousin who will be looking for a car, in the next month or so. More
Mike Lehr was Great. I was initially trying to get into a 2011 Colorado or Silverado. Mike worked very hard with the numbers to show me how a new vehicle was not going to be where I needed to be for the mo 2011 Colorado or Silverado. We started to look at the used inventory and found the perfect vehicle. The 2008 silverado will meet all my work related needs and the monthly payment was where I needed to be. I had gone to other dealers for assistance in obtaining a new or used car & had no luck what so ever. As soon as I recieved the call from Mike it was a good experience with him and all the other employees in new or used car & had no luck what so ever. I gave the review that I did because of the way in which the sales person and finance person were not pushy and listened to what I had to say. I enjoyed working with bonnie and she made myself and my wife feel very welcome and she seemed generaly interested in us as people not just another potential dollar coming in the door. We chose to go to bonnie because of the experience that my wife and daughter had with herin my daughters vehicle purchase. More

My credit sucks "AZ House Market" & both Jerry the owner & Bill S. Treated me great at all times ! By far best dealer I've ever bought from ! The only down fall was after the purchase I decided to purchase several items from the parts shop "Sun Visor, rear rubber inlay mat, fancy key phob, & others" but when my wife & two children & myself with my bad back walked up to the counter there was no one there except an older gent. Who was trying to locate a part rep. for twenty minutes before we got there ! I walked over to the seperate cashier counter & asked her to help & she made a sigh & paged someone ! After waiting 30 minutes a scruffy guy named Jeff strolls out & decides to answer several phone calls so the older gent. Left not happy then I asked for several items & it seemed as if he didn't want to help us so we left ! So if your buying a new or used car - I give them a 10/10 ! & after meeting Jerry the owner & seeing how much he cares about his dealership I'm sure the parts counter will be fixed asap ! The initial sales I would say went very good. Chris, Daniel and Kurt really worked with me (I thought) to get me the best deal. However, it was after that that I ran into problems. They did not fix the warranty issues with the truck like I asked, and they did not transfer my plate credit or my custom Veteran's plates to the new vehicle. After two trips to the DMV to get it sorted out, I am now out of quite a chunk of change. I was asked at the dealership about transferring the plate credit and the plate and I specifically said yes. I even contacted John Thomas (dealership manager) to help with the situation. It took a second email from me to have a dealership representative contact me. I made the rep aware of what was going on. He promised a call back the very next day which I have not received. It has been over a week now and I have yet to hear anything back from anyone at the dealership. More
