My overall experience with this dealership was pretty good. I was a little surprised to say the least. There were no game tactics. I felt the price for the new vehicle was fair. I did sense a little bit of disappointment in their faces when I was letting them know that we wanted to think about it and return but of course that would be expected when they spend a couple hours with you and worry that you won't be back. But they gave us our space and time to think it over and we decided "last minute" that we wanted to take the deal. I also did not feel pressured in finance when we discussed extended warranties or gap. The signing was done very quickly and before we knew it we were on our way with our brand new Chevy Equinox. i had stop by just to check out the 2012 trucks,cause own a 07 silverado and was just looking maybe to trade it in. so they stated i was a little negative to come back in a few months. which i was fine wi a 07 silverado and was just looking maybe to trade it in. so they stated i was a little negative to come back in a few months. which i was fine with.two weeks later i get a call from the sales person paula ,she stated they had some new rebates and NOW THIS WOULD WORK SHE PROMISED ME.SHE THEN PUT ME ON THE PHONE WITH HER SALES MANAGER HE SAID PLEASE COME IN.i will not waste your time .i came in he greeted me at the door and shook my hand ,THE N STATED I WILL PUT YOU IN A NEW TRUCK TO DAY.you have my word.so i was there about 6 hours then comes and wants more money down from what we agreed on, and a higher monthly payment.well i walk out,it gets better .now once again this sales person paula calls me again saying she was sorry and i do have a few trucks that would work,i get there she has one truck which was older then my truck wants me to trade in mine for.these people are liers and dishonest,dont trust them More

Customer service was very pleasing. They helped us as soon as we pulled up and we didn't have to go ask for or find a sales person. The quality of work was very good. He was friendly made us laugh and he was very respectful to my friends that I came with and me. Overall experience was wonderful. I don't think we wanted to take a chance with another dealer we know we made an excellent decision. I believe we had got a good price but i think we could have worked out a better payment plan for the most part. only issue was we didnt receive our floor mats. More
