Jeanie is Awesome. Everyone dreads going to a dealership for repairs, I am one of them. My visit was for a recall issue with my Hummer H3. I also knew that I was due for my 90 day service and that I might have other maintenance and issues, so I had prepared myself for a pricey bill. I had never been to this dealership before, but it was the closest to my home, which is why I picked it. Jean answered the phone and was my service consultant. She is good at what she does. She is very personable, I liked her from the start and even though my final bill was exceedingly more than I expected, I felt that Jean applied all the discounts and coupons that she could, and I know she saved me hundreds of dollars off the retail price of the service performed. She informed me of everything, there were no surprises and I enjoyed working with her. As far as the service to my vehicle.
