If Tony was not sure of how to answer any of my questions, he would find the correct answer rather than just winging-it with any answer. Best Service My wife and I experienced car troubles on the same day. I got in my car Friday morning to go to work, and my car wouldn't start. I took my wife's car My wife and I experienced car troubles on the same day. I got in my car Friday morning to go to work, and my car wouldn't start. I took my wife's car to work, rolled her window down, then it wouldn't role back up. I called Sands on Saturday morning. I spoke with Brian Abbott, a service provider. I explained the issues to him. He explained the possible solutions and their costs to me. I asked him if he would repair my wife's car, even though it was not a Chevy. He said that would not be a problem. They were able to take both of my cars on that Saturday and provided me a loaner car for the time the cars were in the shop. I have always heard "don't take your car to the dealership. They will rip you off and charge you an arm and a leg". That was definitely not the case with Sands. They were able to beat the prices I found from everywhere else. I have bought all of my vehicles from Sands. I had already decided to buy from them for life. I have now decided to have them do all the work on my vehicles as well. More
