They actually work WITH you! We brought our car in to get serviced; turns out we had quite a few problems and a 1600 mile trip in front of us. They were willing to work with us to get us in to a new vehicle, when dealerships before wouldn't. It was kind of a whirlwind though. I wish we would have been given options. They brought up 1 vehicle. No choice of other options or colors. I realize with our budget and situation, we couldn't afford the super fancy model, but options would have been nice. It's been 1 week and I'm still waiting on the 2nd set of keys and owners manual. (I've never had to wait before) and our window to be fixed. Overall, we needed a new car with more room, and that is what we got! If I still lived here, I would continue to use them in the future for sales and service. More
