My husband, Justin, and I went here looking for another vehicle that would fit the needs of my family better. I was immediately greeted by James (Jimmy Barber). The car was everything I was looking for very spacious, runs smooth and decent gas mileage. Of course everything can't always go as planned we had a few issues getting the bank to approve us. That's when James took this to our superhero Chris Sandillo, he right away assured us he would what ever it took to make this happen. Needless to say he was absoulutey right! After about (what seemed like a year of grueling waiting) Chris came out with the deal of a lifetime. I can't tell them thank you enogh or express enough gratitude for everything those 2 did for me and my family. I am forever grateful for everything! In September 2011, we were looking for a new truck. I inquired online at Sands Chevrolet (Glendale) about a Silverado Crew Cab 1/2 ton. Within five minutes (no kidding), we received a call from Anne Wes inquired online at Sands Chevrolet (Glendale) about a Silverado Crew Cab 1/2 ton. We applied over the phone with her and she quickly informed us that she had the vehicle that we were looking for and that we were approved. We went to Sands Chevrolet (1 hr away) and within no time we were returning with our new truck. Anne West is AWESOME - both in sales and customer service. We went to Sands Glendale looking for a car to replace one that is no longer running. We were promptly and pleasantly greeted by Pastor Zak Abu, and even though we told him we could not complete a purcha one that is no longer running. My overall experience with Sands went very well. I found the 2010 VW New Bettle on their website and Patrick was my salesman, which was very polite and did his best to get the deal done. The only draw back was when I asked for him to have the Beetle onsite when I arrived, it was not. We had to wait to get the vehicle from the other lot in Surprise. All car salesmen are the same, its about the deal. Finally, I am just glad I got the Beetle purchased without any problems for my teenage daughter. More

I loved the service and care I recieved. The staff was freindly and helpful without being aggressive. This actually worked even better for me....I got a lower interest rate, with the same payment plan and now I have a new car with a full warranty.
