Sands Chevrolet - Glendale

We went to Sands Glendale looking for a car to replace one that is no longer running. We were promptly and pleasantly greeted by Pastor Zak Abu, and even though we told him we could not complete a purcha one that is no longer running. He knew his product and made us feel comfortable with what we are wanting to purchase. We are sure, now that Pastor Zak will be our salesman. We were impressed with the dealership and as soon as we finish what we have to get done with the insurance company we will be buying our new car. In September 2011, we were looking for a new truck. I inquired online at Sands Chevrolet (Glendale) about a Silverado Crew Cab 1/2 ton. Within five minutes (no kidding), we received a call from Anne Wes inquired online at Sands Chevrolet (Glendale) about a Silverado Crew Cab 1/2 ton. Within five minutes (no kidding), we received a call from Anne West in Internet Sales. We applied over the phone with her and she quickly informed us that she had the vehicle that we were looking for and that we were approved. We went to Sands Chevrolet (1 hr away) and within no time we were returning with our new truck. Anne West is AWESOME - both in sales and customer service. Now in Feb, 2012, we decided to buy a new 2012 Camaro. We called Anne - Sames great service! I highly recommend her to everyone, as I will only contact her from now when looking for a vehicle. I loved the service and care I recieved. The staff was freindly and helpful without being aggressive. But Patrick worked with me as well as the finance manager and fought on my behalf to get me a new car. This actually worked even better for me....I got a lower interest rate, with the same payment plan and now I have a new car with a full warranty. My overall experience with Sands went very well. I found the 2010 VW New Bettle on their website and Patrick was my salesman, which was very polite and did his best to get the deal done.
