Great customer service. My sister an I went to Art mostly for test driving a few cars, seeing what we liked, and Art made sure we test drove every car we had in mind. "Sands provides great service and customer attentiveness." Called Sands for quick maintenance service turnaround prior to going on a road trip the next day. Service writer, James Black , assessed my needs and Called Sands for quick maintenance service turnaround prior to going on a road trip the next day. Service writer, James Black , assessed my needs and got my Silverado in right away for the oil change, wheel balance , alignment and tire rotation work. Steering wheel noise issue was quickly resolved and my truck washed and returned to me reasonably fast after a brief wait. James kept me up with progress reports throughout the wait. I am always impressed with Sands Chevrolet attention to detail! That why I keep coming back for service after the sell. Thank you!!! More

Overall a good experience I had been dreading car shopping and putting it off, based on really horrible experiences over the years at valley dealerships. I went to Sands Chev I had been dreading car shopping and putting it off, based on really horrible experiences over the years at valley dealerships. I went to Sands Chevrolet because my father had some previous good experiences there. Art was our salesperson and he was fantastic . None of the greasy "car salesman" stuff we were used to. He answered all of our questions and was very educated about the inventory. Art stayed with us during two separate visits AND offered to personally drive the car to my home over an hour away a few days later when it was ready for delivery. Update : Two days after delivery I realized that my car was not programmed ( the internal sps) to have two keys. Had to go to a dealer close to home and spend several hours to have that corrected. Same day - drove over a nail... obviously that is no fault of the dealer. However, when I got to the tire shop; I was told that each wheel had a locking lug nut and I was not given a wheel lock key by the dealer . Sands wanted me to drive back to Glendale to get all new wheel locks because they couldn't find the missing key. Paid to have it corrected elsewhere when the sales manager didn't return my call as promised. Overall a good experience - but not without some bumps in the road More
