I worked with Erin over the internet via emails, and Anne when I came in person to test drive the car and discuss options. After researching on-line (for many months) several makes and models, I decided to buy yet another Chevy (my last 4 autos have been Chevy's)and looked for dealerships in my area. I settled on Sands-Glendale, and models, I decided to buy yet another Chevy (my last 4 autos have been Chevy's)and looked for dealerships in my area. I settled on Sands-Glendale, a dealership further away than the Chevy dealer nearest me and one with great reviews on line. I contacted them (through their website)for a test drive appointment and got a response almost immediately. Before heading to Sands, I had emotionally steeled myself against being manipulated, strong-armed and pressured by a commission-hungry salesperson. All those preparations were wasted when I met Mike LaBerge. Mike took almost 3 hrs on his day off to answer my tons of questions as I test drove several models. He was very patient, very personable, and employed no arm-twisting maneuvers. I returned two days later to start the negotiating process (as well as have a friend along to test drive a 2013 Equinox), still somewhat biased towards expecting lots of manipulative tactics from Mike and the dealership. Again, the process went smoothly and we settled on a price fairly quickly. This was probably the best auto-purchasing experiences this 70 yr old has ever experienced. I highly recommend Mike and Sands to anyone who hates the car-purchasing experience. More
