I/We had the most enjoyable experience I think we have ever had buying a car. We usually dread it but when we met Anne we were pleasantly suprised. Although it took two visits (almost a third) we refused to make another trip back if the deal could not be completed on our second visit (11/23/2012). The price on the car was $18,985, however the web price was listed at $16,000, not including the fees and charges, per Louis that are not listed on the web site to ensure the car meets standards for resale (check the engine, emissions, etc...). We had to search fot the disclaimer, however the price of the vehcile was lowered a few hundred dollars. LUCKLY the vehicle purchased still has the manufacturer warranty, because there was a strange noise coming from the engine. Took the vehicle to the service department and found the A/C compressor was going bad and it had to be replaced. Why was this not caught during the inspection before resale? Our overall experience in dealing with Louis was good. However when the vehicle was being detailed to drive off the lot, the stickers inside the winshield were removed with a razor blade which damaged the tint, at first Louis stated it could not be fixed. We told him the tint was damaged by the person or persons detailing the vehicle. I began to take pictures and he said he would talk to his manager (who happened to the previous owner of the vehicle). The manager verified that the tint was not damaged. We have been told that the tint would be replaced and at the dealerships expense, but we have not received a date on when this will take place. We have spoke with the Used Car Sales Manager and Louis and both continue to state there is a back up in the service department to get repairs done. We are patiently waiting and keeping our fingers crossed that Sands Chevrolet will resolve the minor details soon. I would recommened Sand Chevrolet (Glendale) as a place to consider, for those with not so great credit. More

Terry and his boss give me a really good deal on my truck, scared me, I walked out, a week later I come back and my truck was still waiting for me.
