Interested in purchasing a new truck before the end of the year to take advantage of a write off for our business, we contacted a few different dealers on 12-27-12. Sands Chevrolet was the only one to co the year to take advantage of a write off for our business, we contacted a few different dealers on 12-27-12. Sands Chevrolet was the only one to contact us.... specifically Erin Morgan. She was so friendly and made us feel very important. Working on a short timeline to purchase, we met with Ms. Morgan 12-28-12 at around 6:30pm. Thinking that this would be a lengthy process of "bartering with a dealership" like in times past, we were pleasantly surprised that it took only a couple of hours from start to finish! Marie in the finance department was wonderful as well. We love our new truck and will definately come back to Sands Chevrolet for our future purchases. In addition, I realized I left my kids CD's in our vehicle that we traded in, and I contacted Erin to see if there was any way to retrieve them..... as the kids could not live without Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift! She immediately contacted me to say that she did get all of them and would be happy to mail them off to me! What fabulous customer service that is! We have told our friends and family what a wonderful dealership this is, and what a great experience we had! More

This dealership did a service on my transmission. One month later I had to have the truck towed to another dealership because the transmission would not engage in any gear. The dealership it got towed t month later I had to have the truck towed to another dealership because the transmission would not engage in any gear. The dealership it got towed to found the transmission filter was in the bottom of the pan. They said the last person to service it did not install the filter properly and it was only luck that it lasted as long as it did. I called to get sands chevy to right the error. The service consultant was very apologetic and said that I need to speak to her manager. I called and left a message for him and he never returned my phone call. I called a week later when he told me to send the bill from the other dealership and he would get back to me. Three weeks later and 20 phone calls later he still has not responded. He does not answer his phone or return messages. This is bad customer service and not acceptable for a dealership claiming to have great customer services. I make sure to tell everyone about the crappy service. More
Anne was a pleasure to work with. She answered all of my questions and was especially helpful since I was purchasing the car from across the country. She was always very accessible to me and even offered to questions and was especially helpful since I was purchasing the car from across the country.
