Anne West is truly the best car sales person we have ever dealt with in 50 + years. Her honesty and integrity stand out while negotiating the sale as well as her outstanding follow up after the sale (which n dealt with in 50 + years. When the used truck, we purchased through her, had to be repaired and repair would take from 9am to 6pm, she loaned us her own car (we had to drive from Dewey AZ to Glendale AZ about 120 mikes 1 way). The weather was rain, then snow on the roads home and Anne even called us that evening to make sure we were home safe and sound. Now that's what I call service and it takes this type of caring service to make a retired Pacific Bell/ATT customer service manager send a commendation. Saw that Sands Chevrolet had the vehicle that I was interested in; a Used, 2012, Silverado with the 5.3 L engine and 4 wheel drive was a must. After seeing the truck online I called the dealership to see if the truck was still available. The staff was super friendly and reserved a time for me to come test drive the truck that night. When I arrived at the dealership Kyle Angell had the truck pulled out front and was ready to jump on the car with me right away. Kyle was really helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns during the test drive. After I drove the truck I was sold but needed the second opinion of my dad before I could purchase the vehicle. Chris S from the finance department and Kyle were very patient and held the truck for me for 48 hours until I could bring my father down to the dealership. First time buying a vehicle worth more than a few grand and Sands Chevrolet made the process super easy. I love my new (new to me) pickup. More
