I will say in most financing cases the bank or credit union that gives us an approval, stipulations can and will be involved. Sometimes it is proof of income or proof of residence etc. so, the only way that the approval is valid is with receiving those stipulations from the customer to secure our approval. We do appreciate your feedback on this. Kelly Blue Book instant offers do not take into account the current live condition of the vehicle. The offer is based on good to excellent condition which means very little work is needed on the vehicle, so if the vehicle needs tires, brakes, glass or has dings, dents or scratches it does not calculate that into the offer if it happens to more detailed re-conditioning. Sometimes a customer will come in on an offer and the vehicle they are selling does not need any re-conditioning. In most cases, we have given more than the original offer. I would like for you to bring your vehicle in so we can look at it together, to make sense to you on what goes into our evaluation. The review does not give us your name, so please contact me as we are definitely willing to work with you on this. We are not to far apart on your vehicle.
