Took my vehicle in for service. It was the usual nothing out of the ordinary. I waited as I normally do. They said it would be about 3 hrs. Landed up being 5hrs. Which is fine as long as the work is done properly. What I'm upset about is they always send a video with what is good or not and the cost of services. Thats what got me because what was charged landed up being $300 more and that was with them removing my oil change because it is under maintenance agreement. How does that happen. For the first time ever I feel ripped off by them. More
Excellent service with knowledgeable and professional staff. We had a few issues in the past, but I am so glad that I went back, because Spencer and Ralph far exceeded my expectations. Since we moved here from California we have had to visit this service department 4 times. Six weeks ago we brought our BMW in because the air conditioner wasn’t working. At that time we were assured it was this service department 4 times. Six weeks ago we brought our BMW in because the air conditioner wasn’t working. At that time we were assured it was fixed. It worked at first, but the car resumed to blowing out hot air again. We had to pay an additional $500 and were told it would cost $5000 to investigate the problem. The first time I took it in, the car wouldn’t travel past 10 mph because the break release symbol wouldn’t come off. Again, I had to pay only to be told that although the car no longer had this problem, the technicians did not know why it happened. I had to tow it to the delearship. Therefore, all of my friends both here and in California will never purchase a BMW, nor will I. We will be selling the vehicle as I just purchased a new Ford Escape. I do not blame the service advisors, but I do blame BMW. It has been confirmed that your vehicles are high maintenance and riddled with problems! More
