And DEAN is his name, was so extremely rude, he started yelling at me, and arguing with me just because o was asking about my car. I asked him why was he being so rude and he snapped back at me and called me rude like a child. I would not recommend this place or atleast not him to anyone! It’s common for someone to call and check up on their car, especially because they keep pushing the date back for when it would be fixed. He had no right to yell at me, and be extremely rude when I’m the costumer and he’s supposed to be helping me! More
Ripped off! Purchased a 2012 Focus from them a year and a half ago including purchase of 2 warrantees. Now they want $2000 for known defective (recalled on 47 thousand fords) steering box to get car running. Warrantees don't cover it they say. Still owe $12,000 so no choice but to fix it. But not at SF. They don't back up anything in my only 2 experiences with them. More
Great Service Department Previously we had our CPO"d Ford Edge into Surprise Ford who kept the vehicle for approx. a week and in the end diagnosed the issue of our malfunction Previously we had our CPO"d Ford Edge into Surprise Ford who kept the vehicle for approx. a week and in the end diagnosed the issue of our malfunctioning lift gate as OUR PROBLEM and said they would deny Warranty coverage based on the recommendation of an outside contractor. WHAT?????? We contacted Ford Warranty who advised us to take our vehicle to another Ford dealer and we chose Sanderson Ford. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Within several days, the technicians (working with Ford Engineering) discovered a loose wire in the lift gate wiring harness, Reconnected the wire and -- Guess what. We now have a flawlessly functioning lift gate. THANK YOU SANDERSON FORD FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE AND GETTING THIS PROBLEM FIXED. The moral to this story is we will NEVER return to Surprise Ford for any reason. Sanderson Ford is our go to dealer for sales and service. More

I was then transferred too Claudia in service. The second I said I was calling to set up an appointment for a Used Car Inspection. There was an audible click and I was disconnected. I called back and went through the same process. But this time Claudia picked up the phone and hung up on me without a word. I called back and went through the process again and asked to speak with a supervisor. Which I'm guessing is Claudia because the person I was transferred too picked up and hung up on me without saying a word. The next time I called I called their number for Sales. I explained what had happened and asked to speak with the manager. The person on the other end of the line was dead silent from the time I told him I was having a problem with the service department. They did not say they were going to transfer me or that they were going to talk to someone. Just dead silence on the other end. After waiting for a very long time on hold. I finally gave up. I am an easy going friendly guy. And in my 52 years I have never had a service experience like this. They could have just said they don't do Used Car Inspections or that they are too busy. But that would take a small amount of common courtesy. Something apparently not so common at Sanderson Ford. The man I spoke to in the Parts Department did his job as did the women he transferred me too. But Claudia and the Man in Sales failed miserably as did the supervisor whoever they may be. More

He took a bunch of time to walk me through what I should do and expect from the other dealer. I WISH I had taken my truck here instead, and when the current issue gets resolved, I will not go anywhere else but to Sanderson Ford. More

My car had overheated several times. The coolant bottle exploded once and was towed. Car was also towed for overheating 2 more times after Berge Ford refused six times to replace a failing cooling fan clut exploded once and was towed. Car was also towed for overheating 2 more times after Berge Ford refused six times to replace a failing cooling fan clutch. The BBB ordered a block test. Sanderson Ford service manager refused to do the test saying that he did not want to get involved in problems with Berge Ford. I told him the block test does not get him in evolved in anything, it is only used to determine if the head gaskets are OK. I also told him that his statement did get him involved in my problem with Berge Ford because the only reason for the statement was an attempt to protect the service manager at Berge ford. I had purchased the car at Sanderson Ford, but now I will never go back. There service manager has no regard for customer safety. More
