Huge appreciation to Anthony Alfieri, Service Advisor #(623) 842-8676 for getting us immediate estimates, following up with updates, getting best parts, best techs, getting our vehicle in to service a day early, and the work complete a day early (on a Saturday!). When we got to the dealership he was immediately available in person, walked us through every part of the process on site and even followed up after we got the vehicle home. Unfortunately we had poor service with another Ford dealership hung in with them for about 4 weeks blaming COVID, finally we made the decision to go to the trouble to have our vehicle moved to Sanderson Ford with Anthony. John P. and Carlos in new car sales provided awesome service during and after the sale but the service department has been a train wreck. Tried to bring my truck in for a recall and cannot get a straigh service during and after the sale but the service department has been a train wreck. Tried to bring my truck in for a recall and cannot get a straight answer why they need it for 3 days when it only takes a couple hours to replace a windshield. Not to mention they only offered a one day loaner car??? I’ve left several messages for Kevin G. none of which were returned. Very disappointed the service department doesn’t uphold the same commitment to quality and satisfaction as the sales department. More

Long phone wait. Ordered part, requested to ensure gasket part of kit. Advised they would check. Part arrived without gasket. Vehicle repair delayed 2 days. Sanderson Ford's level of service (vehicle service AND customer service) has dropped dramatically. They tell you that your vehicle needs certain things, you give them the OK to do them, and they don't do customer service) has dropped dramatically. They tell you that your vehicle needs certain things, you give them the OK to do them, and they don't do them. And they fabricate a story about what is wrong with your vehicle ... it's like they don't really know or don't think you would understand, so they just make something up. All the while, you're paying them. Oh, and don't get the "extended warranty" or any warranty upgrade when you buy a vehicle from them because they'll later tell you that "it doesn't cover that" (whatever "that" is). Let the buyer beware!! More

Took truck in for Transmission fluid flush, check up, oil change, tire rotation, etc.as they had a special going on. Had nice treatment at Dealership. Took truck home. Two months later AC starts to go out. Weird. Not normal. Went camping to a higher elevation and engine light says Maximum Temperature and we had to pull over and again AC went out. Turns out the water reservoir to cool the engine was empty. Apparently one of their Techs overlooked this fluid on my service visit and who knows how long it had been almost empty. Thank God it wasn't worse. Contacted Dealership, went in and was told Yea. We forgot to fill it. I left feeling bad and not cared about. 45k truck and just glad the engine didn't blow. More

Sanderson had very good reviews so I made an appointment there. I am not prone to giving reviews but I am happy to in this case. In an age of nonexisting customer service Sanderson takes it to a new level. The lady that took the appointment was very pleasant and called me the day before to remind me and confirm it. The service manager was thorough and ask if I needed a ride when we were done. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the service manager checked in with me to keep me informed about what was going on. Checkout was just as trouble free. Overall experience was great, 7 stars out of 5. More
I took my truck in for 3 recall items to be fixed, and while it was there an oil change. They told me it would take an entire day due to the recall items. I was surprised that after purchasing a $75,000 v while it was there an oil change. They told me it would take an entire day due to the recall items. I was surprised that after purchasing a $75,000 vehicle I was not provided with a rental car for the day, and had to pay for it. I would think that since it was in their shop an entire day due to recall issues they would at least give me a loaner car or pay for my rental. My friend having non recall work done on her Dodge was given a free loaner, and every time my moms Lexus goes into the shop, they actually come and pick it up for her. Shame on Ford for being to cheap to take care of their good customers when a vehicle is being worked on due to their mistakes! More
