We waited 2. 5 hours for "The Works" service (oil change, tire rotation, plus checks of fluids, brakes, etc.). We also had a scheduled appointment for repairing wa 5 hours for "The Works" service (oil change, tire rotation, plus checks of fluids, brakes, etc.). We also had a scheduled appointment for repairing warranty-covered squeaky brakes. Their computers were down, so they could not check for regular 30K mile service. A rookie Ford mechanic should know by heart what are routine services at various mileage. There was no communication from the service writer even though we kept asking for updates. There are many other Ford dealerships to choose from in the greater Phoenix area. More
Sanderson Ford Service is a Class Act! THANK YOU SCOTT HILL!!!! I had a Huge Problem with the Air Conditioning in my 2013 Ford F150, after getting the Run Around by other Dealerships an THANK YOU SCOTT HILL!!!! I had a Huge Problem with the Air Conditioning in my 2013 Ford F150, after getting the Run Around by other Dealerships and Independent Repair Shops with Outlandish quotes to fix the AC I went into Sandererson Service and was introduced to SCOTT HILL. Scott is one of the Finest and one of the Few Service Advisors I have ever dealt with that took a Personal Interest in seeing that my F150 would again have a Reliable Cold AC. Scott took it on himself to work with the Extended Service representatives to Make sure everthing that was covered by Extended Service was indeed covered and paid for. Like all Extended Coverage Insurance, they get very Flakey when they have a Claim, however have no problem taking the monthly premiums paid. Scott took on my Extended Service Company Head On with the many rabbit holes the insurance company tried to create. Scott helped me with a Loaner Vehicle and made Sure every part that was causing the problem was replaced by a new part. The problem with the AC was not an easy fix and I did have to return to Sanderson Ford on followup visits. It seemed that when one area of the AC was repaired the problem would default creating additonal problems and freon leaks. Unlike so many Dealerships and Independents who only make excuses, Scott Addressed each and every problem with extreme Professionalism, Knowledge and the Very Best Customer Service that could be provided. Service can Make or Break a Dealership, Example, we purchased a Infinity QX60 from a dealership in Peoria, the Service was xxxx poor, bad attitudes, and when the car had 58,000 miles on it being pushed into having the 60,000 service done which I rejected wanting only oil change. The service advisor in an attempt to sell a $2,000 service told me the "Differential Oil would be changed as well". I told the dummy, the QX60 was front wheel drive and did not have a "Differential" Wow!!! Also at the time of purchase QX60 was sold a insurance policy for paint and door dings, Infiniti GM said the coverage only covered small dents but not the chip in the paint resulting with a dent. The Service Advisor at Infiniti wrote on my receipt that I refused 60,000 mile service when the vehicle was not at that milage which could screw up the extended warranty with Infiniti. Now we deal with Scottsdale Infiniti who is Totally Awesome. Bottom Line, the Infiniti Dealership in Peoria I would not purchase a vehicle from ever. Infiniti of Scottsdale has an Awesome Service Dept like Sanderson and has our business. As for my Next Truck Purchase Sanderson Ford will have my business moving forward which was the result of Service Advisor Scott Hill. More
I made a service appt for today to have my ac looked at on my 22 bronco wildtrak.. I arrived and spoke to the service writer about the issue . Then he said his ac techs were so far behind and short handed that he might need It now for a couple days . I asked him why they would make an appt then keep it for a couple days and not look at it. He said he didn't know but agreed that was crazy but they do it all the time and he doesn't know why. Why would I leave my truck for six days and still not have it looked at. This dealership used to have a great service dept but over the years it has really gone down hill so much that I will never take mine or my wife's truck there again and I recommend you don't either.... Sorry Mr Francis I know you tried but the problems just keep coming. This morning at six am I received my reminder text for the appointment that we set three months ago. It was sent literally one hour before my appointment. Sent at 6 am for an appointment that was for 7 am the same day. What sense does that make. I called to reschedule and told the lady who answered service dept phone could care a less and said "I have no control over that". Didnt pretend to care. Transferred me to reservations to create another appointment and after several minutes on hold was sent to a voice-mail to leave a message. This was all in an effort from Sanderson for them not replacing the seal on the oil plug under the truck last time. When all my oil spilled out in the street in front of my house. Offered next oil change free and full detail. I'm going to keep calling till someone answers the phone who can make an appointment then I will never be back. On third Ford vehicle and probably my last. So many issues and further investigation discovered that at Ford Quality is No Longer Job One. They could care a less!!! More
Made an appt more than 5 weeks ago for my vehicle. When I got there no one said anything to me. 20 minutes later I had to go an ask someone for assistance. Purchased a new $85k F350 from here. Sales and service were great. Weeks after noticed the rear axle is off-center and the truck also leans lower to the driver side. Took it to Mike Perrault at Sanderson were great. Weeks after noticed the rear axle is off-center and the truck also leans lower to the driver side. Took it to Mike Perrault at Sanderson service department to have it looked at. They agreed the rear axle was off center by 1.25 inches. Said they needed to talk to Ford engineers about the issues. 6 months later and multiple calls and stops in to the dealership, and never had any resolution. Dealing with Chris in service was very frustrating. I left multiple voicemails for Chris with no response. I offered to pay for them to fix it and they would not do that. Every time I stopped in for an update I got the excuse that "we are still waiting to hear back from Ford engineering". I was also told there were several other trucks in for the same issues. These people do not care once the sale is made and could care less if the customer is satisfied with their service. I eventually sold the truck and purchased a new truck at another dealer just so I would not have to deal with these people. Beware if you have any issues. More

When we got to the dealership he was immediately available in person, walked us through every part of the process on site and even followed up after we got the vehicle home. Unfortunately we had poor service with another Ford dealership hung in with them for about 4 weeks blaming COVID, finally we made the decision to go to the trouble to have our vehicle moved to Sanderson Ford with Anthony.
