Sorry Mr Francis I know you tried but the problems just keep coming. This morning at six am I received my reminder text for the appointment that we set three months ago. It was sent literally one hour before my appointment. Sent at 6 am for an appointment that was for 7 am the same day. What sense does that make. I called to reschedule and told the lady who answered service dept phone could care a less and said "I have no control over that". Didnt pretend to care. Transferred me to reservations to create another appointment and after several minutes on hold was sent to a voice-mail to leave a message. This was all in an effort from Sanderson for them not replacing the seal on the oil plug under the truck last time. When all my oil spilled out in the street in front of my house. Offered next oil change free and full detail. I'm going to keep calling till someone answers the phone who can make an appointment then I will never be back. On third Ford vehicle and probably my last. So many issues and further investigation discovered that at Ford Quality is No Longer Job One. They could care a less!!! More
