John P. and Carlos in new car sales provided awesome service during and after the sale but the service department has been a train wreck. Tried to bring my truck in for a recall and cannot get a straigh service during and after the sale but the service department has been a train wreck. Tried to bring my truck in for a recall and cannot get a straight answer why they need it for 3 days when it only takes a couple hours to replace a windshield. Not to mention they only offered a one day loaner car??? I’ve left several messages for Kevin G. none of which were returned. Very disappointed the service department doesn’t uphold the same commitment to quality and satisfaction as the sales department. More
