Repair work to the fender is missing the metallic. The body shop also covered the truck in clear coat overspray. It left a rough texture to the paint coating making it impossible to clean and stay clean. Took me a lot if time and money to remove. The truck was overpriced for the condition it was in. They bought it for 10k and sold it to me for 18k. I made their job easy with a cashiers check in full. They under delivered. They kept two of the 4 rim center caps. The interior was dirty. Any area that was not noticeable when glancing at the interior was filthy. I have pictures of everything. I regret trusting this dealership and purchasing this used truck. More
This was our fourth vehicle purchased from Sanderson Ford for our business, and it will absolutely be our last. We paid cash for the vehicle, expecting a smooth and professional transaction, but instead, we for our business, and it will absolutely be our last. I called multiple times, left voicemails and emails, and got absolutely no response. Sherry Harris nor her staff returned any of our calls or emails. If it weren’t for Dan Wickman returning our calls, we would have had no idea what was going on with our purchase. To make matters worse, Sherry tried to intimidate us by flashing her CFO badge as if that was supposed to mean something, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. After this experience, we will not be returning. If you value your time and expect even basic communication, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. More

We waited 2. 5 hours for "The Works" service (oil change, tire rotation, plus checks of fluids, brakes, etc.). We also had a scheduled appointment for repairing wa 5 hours for "The Works" service (oil change, tire rotation, plus checks of fluids, brakes, etc.). We also had a scheduled appointment for repairing warranty-covered squeaky brakes. Their computers were down, so they could not check for regular 30K mile service. A rookie Ford mechanic should know by heart what are routine services at various mileage. There was no communication from the service writer even though we kept asking for updates. There are many other Ford dealerships to choose from in the greater Phoenix area. More
