His knowledge of the vehicles and the product he's a part of selling as well as his understanding of where the customers could be coming from was very impressive. I didn't feel like we were getting a song and dance or being deceived and, before any signature was signed, I was confident that we had an unembellished story of where we stand and what we were buying. That says a lot. Our sales rep, Michael Rambone, went out of his way to find the vehicle that would suit us best, even though we changed or mind many times because we looked for a week and got ourselves confused.
