Excellent service all around. When first going into an automotive dealership you get an idea that the employees are out to get you for every dollar you have, for some this may be the case, it was not like automotive dealership you get an idea that the employees are out to get you for every dollar you have, for some this may be the case, it was not like this for me. I laid the terms out simple and easy to understand, I had told Phil Foy that I want a beautiful sporty car that possbily has all the great features that I want but also does great on gas, and within my price range! He met me full circle. He was a gentlemen, sincere, was never ever trying to pull a fast one on me and made sure that I was taken care of. Many times the need for another vehicle came up because my wife and I found it just a little difficult to live our lives with just one car. He offered many times to create a back up plan by letting us borrow another vehicle for the week, which we did not take the offer because I am abit more stubborn than most. Phil Foy did help me out when picking up the vehicle by going over some of the interior and features off the vehicle but I did cut him short because my wife and I were strapped on time. (I take full responsbility). Phil you were awesome. Thank You, From my wife and I to You! The vehicle is a great addition to our family! My experience with Sanders Ford was exceptional. There was no pressure or hurried atmosphere. Marty was very patient and understanding of my circumstances. I do think though, Ford Motor Co. could have offered better incentives or rebates to me for buying a vehicle that costs $60,000. I could only manage a $1000 rebate. More

The salesman Bruce Wright was very professional saleman during my process of purchasing the vehicle I needed. I expressed my needs to Bruce and he assured me he would meet my needs and I would hear from hi during my process of purchasing the vehicle I needed. I truly did not feel he could find me financing with some of the challenges on my credit but the rest is history. It only took two hours and he was calling me to inform me he had everything done and I could back to sign paperwork. When I went to Sanders Ford after communicating with MIKAELLA LAYNE and receiving information about the Edge and the Escape, I had not decided if I wanted a Ford or the Chevy Traverse. Several members of the Sanders team had emailed me and offered help. Mikaella made an appointment with PETER MARZOUK for me. From Peter I received excellent information on the Edge and Escape and his attention to detail was remarkable. With Peters' help I ended up leaving with an Edge SEL from the Swansboro lot. By the way, I never even got to the Chevy lot to look at the Traverse. I am pleased with the Edge and would highly recommend Peter and Sanders Ford to anyone. More
