Sales associate was nice, straight forward and did everything she could to help us. The finance department associate was extremely rude, hateful and unkind. When she was made to call an apologize she apologized for “our misunderstanding” and not her actions. to this day there has been no real apology from the individual. Her disregard for us costed us time and money. My family has purchased multiple vehicles from Sanders over the years. They are an old institution in town and used to treat people with integrity, that is no longer the case. We will never be back. More

Nicki truly went above and beyond for me, despite the challenge of me not qualifying for a vehicle. She worked back and forth with me for weeks and exhausted every single option she had, I truly feel tha challenge of me not qualifying for a vehicle. It was upsetting that I couldn’t purchase a vehicle, but how dedicated she was to helping me made me feel that she actually cared, which is not something you usually feel when buying a car. I wasn’t just a sale to her, I was treated like family. Once we realized there were no options for me, she coached me and gave me advice on the things I needed to do so that (hopefully within a year) I’ll be able to come back to her and get a vehicle.
