Car Performance I explained to the service people that occasionally the vehicle was nonresponsive and l thought that it was either a fuel or a transmission issue. I was immediately told that it was a transmission problem and that I would have to live with it. I don't think so!!!!! It will get me hurt or killed. This needs to be fixed now. I have owned several Toyota s and have been very happy with them and the service. They were purchased from another dealership. More

Will not finish fixing what was promised to be fixed Bought a 2014 GMC Acadia . Passenger side daytime running light inoperable. Was told it would be fix. Twice at the service department, replaced headlight assembly. 1week later and still inoperable and now driver side works when it wants to. Was told it’s an electrical problem. Refuses to do any more because they have spent to much already. Not only is this poor customer care but a safety issue. Stay away from this place. When vehicle is paid for( had my own financing already done) and paperwork is signed, you are no longer important More
