The dealership is not providing a rental or loaner vehicle, and during my initial request on what I was supposed to do while they had my vehicle in house I was told that "I did not HAVE to leave the dealership" during the time my car would be there. Ford created an inconvenience for my by creating this defect in their manufacturing process, and has compounded the issue by requiring me to pay for a vehicle to use while they rectify the issue. Not happy here. More

After 5 visits it seems the brakes are finally quite. The service was excellent and things happen, but I was patient and the dealer treated me right and went above and beyond my satisfaction. I will continue service here and would recommend anyone, any car, to bring it to San Tan for quick reliable service. Sincerely, Mike Bashon More

First odd thing we noticed was that our car did not have the GPS mode that the sale person told us about. We brought the vehicle back and they said "Sorry the sales person was wrong about this vehicle having GPS" hmm.. But was paid for a vehicle with GPS..well it was done with and I didn't want to be too critical at that time. THAN TODAY !! 5-29-16 Where out shopping and we got the car loaded up, than tried to shut the rear door, and it wouldn't latch !! So now I have a car, that the door will not shut and I cannot secure the vehicle. The vehicle is unsafe to drive with the rear door flying open. I called San Tan and they said that they can't do anything til Tuesday !! SO what they xxxx am I suppose to do with a car door flying open while your driving and I cannot lock it. I asked for them to at least provide me with a rental car while I wait to get it fixed. He I believe his name is "Josh" the Mgr. Once again he said they can't look at it til Tuesday. I Just flipped !! I told him I will have the car in his drive way in 15 min !! I did and I was PISSED !! YES, I SKIDDED IN THEIR DRIVEWAY!! AND YES I WAS YELLING!! They was saying they did nothing to me to deserve my outrage and anger: Told me the car had GPS it DID NOT and did nothing to get my money back that I paid They threaten to have the car towed off the lot !! They threaten to have me arrested !! The manager got in my face and threaten to kick my xxx !! Than while I was leaving, someone said "we can't fix your car we don't have your keys". I replied, "ask your manager who dropped it on the ground and kicked it across the lot". Does San Tan stand behind you after you hand them your money ? Do they stand behind the products they sell ? Do they provide as promised ? Questions you should research before you hand them your money Read the statements and ratings others provide. I didn't and now I'm having to dead with this. More
Service or not? Bought a use car for my wife from San Tan Ford and after keeping me doing paper work way to long, hungry, and tired...they sold me a bunch of extra cr Bought a use car for my wife from San Tan Ford and after keeping me doing paper work way to long, hungry, and tired...they sold me a bunch of extra crap including a service contract which included oil changes. After the third oil change, my wife came home a week later and said her Change Oil light was on. I inspected the oil only to find it was a quart low and black, and notice oil on the garage floor under the front of the car. I assumed I was being ripped off (big surprise) and went ahead and changed the oil and filter myself. When I jacked up the car I found the shroud under the engine compartment was missing screws and it was bent down where the filter in located. The filter "looked" new but was not tight and leaking oil from the filter seal. I pulled the shroud, cleaned it up, changed the oil and filter, reset the Oil sensor and behold! No more problems. I don't know what the do with our cars in the service department, but mine was not being serviced, at least how I expected it to be. I have not been back since. Beware of San Tan's "service", and inspect your car before leaving the to make sure they did what you paid to get done. More
Sales dept was ok - service is exceptional We bought a pre-owned car at San Tan Ford as they happened to have the make and model we were looking for. The finance paperwork processor (called finance managers in the auto industry) was really adamant about purchasing a warranty but I stood my ground and walked away to fight another day. That was the ok news. The great news is that oil changes are included and James in the service department is exceptional! Not only do the oil changes go smoothly but we just had a brake job and they upgraded us to the Mini Cooper S brakes with the sensors on them at no additional charge. All at a reasonable price. We were advised on a new set of tires sooner than later and provided us several options. We have had some terrible experiences in the past at other dealerships - we're a fan of James and the service department for sure. Even the girls at the cashier were super friendly! More

They have their own rental cars so no need to deal with a 3rd party. They put me in a 2014 Explorer Limited. Took a couple days for the repair and they kept in touch. I went to pick it up, it was ready and washed! Super service!!!! More
Worst Service Department. Plain and Simple, STAY AWAY from this place.....Hence the lowest rating VS. other Ford dealers......Service Department has to be the worst SD I have n Plain and Simple, STAY AWAY from this place.....Hence the lowest rating VS. other Ford dealers......Service Department has to be the worst SD I have never been at, my service advisor (Scott Allan) has no clue about how to provide customer service on top of telling me I can only rely 80% on the fuel gage, if so, why did I pay 100% price on something I can only rely 80%? ....Dont go to this place, drive the extra 5-10 miles and go to the one in Mesa. worst service department ever !!!!!!!!!! I should have been suspicious after our buying experience. We had a nice salesman(who never returned our phone calls after the sale) The finance depar I should have been suspicious after our buying experience. We had a nice salesman(who never returned our phone calls after the sale) The finance department changed our contract after we had signed and we had to resign our purchase contract but as we discovered later they switched and added in things to the revised contract we signed without our approval. Then we started with service. I have never been so ignored by a service department at any ford dealership in my entire life and I have owned and bought over 30 new fords from various dealerships. every time we were told we were getting a specific service advisor we would get the somebody else or nobody new who we were supposed to see. and the clerks when you went in to pay or sign for your paperwork from service seemed more interested in socializing with their coworkers than taking care of your customer. I waited fifteen minutes for a clerk to get my paperwork while they talked to a technician about their weekend plans while 2 other clerks busied themselves with small talk behind the counter ignoring me completely. the last straw was my last visit to the service department where I waited over 20 minutes foe a service advisor to acknowledge me and then instead went over and helped someone who had just walked in instead of me standing right by their desk waiting for them. then when I finally got the call that my car was ready i got to the dealership several hours later the driver brings it around and says oh you wanted it washed and took it back to wash it and it took him over a half hour to run it through the car wash. Unfortunately I have to take my car back to them for the window tinting they did if I want it warranted which I need to do as it is peeling again( it has been redone once already). Otherwise they will never see me or my 2012 Expedition again for anything else. I will not put myself through the hassle of this dealership. More
LEMON LAW - HORRIBLE! My brother and Sister-in-Law bought a brand new 2013 Ford from San Tan Ford Last Year. Can you say LEMON? This vehicle has overheated 4+ t HORRIBLE! My brother and Sister-in-Law bought a brand new 2013 Ford from San Tan Ford Last Year. Can you say LEMON? This vehicle has overheated 4+ times leaving my sister-in-law and my two beautiful nieces stranded in the Arizona heat for hours on end; waiting on the side of the road for a tow (yeah that’s a safe place on the side of a freeway with two kids in the AZ heat). Within the first 6 months of their new vehicle purchase from San Tan Ford the dealership had to replace the whole engine and now they want to replace the transmission. Why is a brand new 2013 Ford having so many issues and problems? The car is a lemon and is not safe or reliable at all. San Tan Ford NEEDS to or SHOULD take back their faulty vehicle and replace it with another Vehicle for them. They should take back their lemon and just swap it out with a better 2013 Ford with no costs out of pocket to my family because that is the right thing to do. If this vehicle needs a new engine and transmission within the 1st year what else will fail on this vehicle? SAN TAN FORD states they will replace the items because they are under warranty but states this faulty vehicle is not their “problem” !! Thanks San Tan Ford for selling a Lemon that leaves my family stranded on the side of the road and places them in danger every freaking week. Nice to know it’s not “your problem” that YOU sold a faulty vehicle. You should take that thing back and replace it with another one that actually works runs and drives. More
