3 hour wait Had an appointment for an oil change and it took 3 hours. If I don’t walk to the front desk it would have taken longer. A JOKE Well first they rebuilt my transmission in my flex. The experience was horrible, service advisor had a lack of customer experience and never told me w Well first they rebuilt my transmission in my flex. The experience was horrible, service advisor had a lack of customer experience and never told me what was going on. Then they try and ding me for a dent on our rental that was there already. Well 1 month after my transmission blew again. Sent to Peoria ford who called me day after to say the front seal was installed incorrectly. They will have to remove and rebuild it again. Good thing for warranty. I advise anyone to find another dealership. More

From the moment I stepped into the dealership to make arrangements for an oil change, of which I did not have an appointment, I experienced excellent From the moment I stepped into the dealership to make arrangements for an oil change, of which I did not have an appointment, I experienced excellent customer service skills from everybody I came into contact with. Mr. Jeff Ochs, Manager Internet Sales, did an outstanding job getting the right 2018 Ford Escape I wanted, setting up the test drive, and negotiated a price that I was compatible with. WOW!! Needless to say the excellent customer service skills didn’t stop there. Jeff Ochs then introduced me to Mr.Ted Steer, Finance Manager. Mr. Steer was so very easy to talk to. He had all of my financial values / calculations in order and the documentation prepared quickly. He had everything complete within about 15 minutes. I so appreciated his insights. What a neat guy. In the mean-time Jeff Ochs was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond. I have Parkinson's and it was very warm out, he took it upon himself and moved everything from my 2015 Ford Escape into my new 2018 Ford Escape. He put everything in the same exact place in the new car. All I can say is WOW!! He even remember the sunglasses. I was so impressed. San Tan Ford is a great place to buy your car. I know -- this is my third one! More

Platinum Proud I stopped at San Tan Ford to get an oil change for my 2015 F150 before heading home to Minnesota. As soon as I pulled in my salesman, Jeff Ochs, compl I stopped at San Tan Ford to get an oil change for my 2015 F150 before heading home to Minnesota. As soon as I pulled in my salesman, Jeff Ochs, complemented my truck. He went on to say that there was a new program that had San Tan Ford giving ‘stupid’ money for trucks like mine. I asked him what constitutes ‘stupid money’. He told me we have to find a new truck for you first. It was a pleasure working with Jeff as we searched San Tans inventory. An hour and a half later as we were about to give up we found my 2018 Platinum F150. I had a Lariot and that’s what we started out looking for. After seeing this Platinum and hearing how much I could get for my 2015 I was sold. Jeff did an exceptional job from start to finish and I look forward to working with him again. I recently purchased a house in San Tan Valley and I have found my Ford dealer. It was a great day and I love my Platinum F150 More
