When I returned to the dealership to have new key programmed the A/C malfunctioned. Jack took it upon himself to try to fix the problem and we were both stumped about it. His sales manger and Jack walked the problem to the service department for a quick solution and provided me with a rental car. A short time later the problem was fixed and I returned to meet Jack and pick up my vehicle. Good Job All Around. More
