Amazing service and staff!! I had received letters about the ford dealerships wanting to buy my 2012 ford fusion and it was time to move onto a new car. He was very personable, friendly; just absolutely wonderful! I was helped every step of the way and received a great deal. He listened to my requests and worked his hardest to find a perfect match, with a decent price, to fit my budget. I did not feel pressured into getting something I didn't want. Jim also set me up with the best in finance, Andrew Mannion. I had a great experience and walked out with a brand new 2017 Ford Fusion. I am beyond excited!! I was plesently surprise by the vehical and price as I have shopped other cars. Every question I asked about this Ford Focus was answered with real knowlage. Then I was told about may features of this Ford Focus which influenced buying thie car. The car was aggressively discounted which also makes this even harder to walk away from. Now the usally stumbling block! Not so good credit. That was no problem either. SOLD! Respectfully, Scott More

Every time we take our vehicle their for the maintenance oil change, it takes forever, they don't call to let you know that the cars ready or anything. The most recent time, we took our car in at 8:45a, received a call at 2:30p, letting us know the car was ready (standard oil change and electric issue with the backup camera). We get there at 3:40p and we're told they misinformed us, but the car still needed an oil change, that it would take 15-20 mins. We go to the waiting area and I see a car in the lot, that looks like ours. Check out the license plate, sure enough, it's ours. Ask the clerk what's going on, they go to the service person, who then goes to the mechanic and he takes our car in... at this point, no word to us abt why it's taken so long or even an apology. Best part, they scratched up the drivers side door and claimed they didn't. edited & added additional info 07/24/17: Our car was at San Tan Ford for 27 days in June/July. The back driver tire was worn out in the middle, to the point that the metal ribbing was showing through. We brought the car in, they told us we were doing peel outs (on one tire) and that it was basically our fault. Brought it in to have the tires replaced and they finally accepted their mistake. Transmission, clutch and alignment were all faulty. After 27 days, we got the car back and now our car is magically drifting/pulling to the left. We took it back to San Tan Ford, the foreman and the service manager both saw the video taken by our front view camera, drove the car, acknowledged that it is pulling to the left, but said there's nothing they can do about it, because they can't identify any issues. So now we are stuck, with a car that has a warranty, that is drifting to the left and they refuse to work on it. My review will now go to corporate, as well as whatever site I can post it on. More

We were left to view the cars we liked and talk between ourselves and feel more at ease without anyone over our shoulder . Then we went to Pam with questions and for help . She showed us a couple cars and some options and stream lined our process to purchasing a new car . More
Dealer Sales of new 2017 Escape SE We had work with San Tan Ford when the 2013 Roush RS Mustang was purchased in December 2013. Transaction went well with no high pressure salesmanship. So when we decided to look to possiblily puchase the 2017 Escape SE, the experience went smoothly as well. We were given cost of SUV and trade-in value which I thought was low by $500. We slept on the deal and when back the next day being Sunday. Sale Manager decided to increase trade-in value by another $500 which I though was the right thing to do. We decided and purchased the new SUV. Happy with the 2017 Escape SE. More

Responsive, energetic and professional We wanted a specific auto (Fusion Energi) in a very specific color. There were none in Arizona but Alex Lopez wanted our business and went above and We wanted a specific auto (Fusion Energi) in a very specific color. There were none in Arizona but Alex Lopez wanted our business and went above and beyond to find the auto in California and took a one way flight to drive the car back. He and his sales manager were very professional to work with and, even though I felt we paid too much, I recommend them and this dealership. We had visited other dealerships during our search and San Tan Ford was much more professional and made a tough job much better. The finance person was also very professional and did his best to make sure we understood all the numbers. More
